Monitoring Presence
Systems Watch utilizes multiple network backbones (UUNet, Qwest, Level 3, XO, Yipes/Wiltel and Verio) and unique geographic locations to help you gain outside visibility of your network. Routing and the Internet are fluctuating variables, that make a best effort to transmit your data to its target destination using the shortest means possible. Unfortunately the most efficient avenues are not always utilized and you have data latency or complete data loss.
Systems Watch is capable of monitoring all general service ports 80, 25, 110, etc. For non-general ports for custom applications and services Systems Watch engineering team works with clients to develop monitoring solutions tailored toward their needs.
By peering into your networks public services from multiple vantage points you can gain a perspective that allows you to completely adhere to your service level agreements. If your clients cannot gain visibility to the products and services you are providing from their networks, but you can from yours, then end result is bad business.

Third party monitoring of an organizations systems and network offers unbaised data to present internet service providers and application service providers when they are under performing. Presenting third party monitoring data is a valuable tool in disputes and negotiations of contracts.
Systems Watch is constantly adding new monitoring points to increase your physical presence, thus validating your systems and network health.
