Systems Watch was founded in 2003 by technology veteran Phil Chen, with the sole purpose of offering a quality cutting edge monitoring solution to organizations of any size at an un-inflated cost. Chen formerly held technology positions at CERFnet (One of the first National Business ISP's in the United States later purchased by AT&T), BlueMountain.com, AT&T Enhanced Network Services, Websense, and SIPphone (Chen was the architect of SIP and STUN Infrastructure for SIPphone's product launch in 2003). With over a decade of experience in network architecture and monitoring, complemented with systems scaling and security, Chen brings Systems Watch strong forward looking technology.
